Premium rebates available!
Apply for the Transitional Work Bonus program today

The Transitional Work Bonus (TWB) program offers an incentive for employers to use a transitional work plan to help injured employees get back on the job safely and quickly. With the TWB, employers can receive a rebate of up to 10% of their annual premium by successfully utilizing a transitional work program.

To qualify for the TWB, employers must be current on their premium payments and must not be participating in a retrospective or group retrospective rating program.

Since 2012, CompManagement Health Systems’ (CHS) clients participating in the TWB program have received over $4.6M in premium rebates. CHS will help ensure you receive your maximum rebate at the end of the program year and there is no risk to participate.

Employers that would like to continue or begin participating in the program must submit the TWB application by May 31, 2016. The TWB program year begins July 1, 2016. Click here for additional information on the TWB program.

Need help developing a transitional work program? BWC offers a grant to help employers fund the development of a formal transitional work program. Taking advantage of BWC’s Transitional Work Grant program helps ensure that your organization will meet the necessary requirements to qualify for the TWB program and secure maximum rebates. There is no cost to apply for the grant and CHS will assist you through the process. Click here for program information and to access an online application on BWC's website.
